Marketing Performance & Business Insights Analyst

Zip World, a leading adventure and B Corp certified business is in search of a Business Performance & Insights Analyst to make a meaningful impact by analysing business performance and uncovering opportunities for optimisation and innovation, as well as providing data and insight support to the wider business.

Responsibilities

  • Transform and unify large datasets from various sources to deliver robust and efficient insights.
  • Design and build dashboards that empower teams to evaluate performance across their respective departments.
  • Understanding of paid media campaign measurement with platforms like Google Ads, and Meta for Business.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data storytelling.
  • Evaluate media investment levers and optimise campaign performance.
  • Analyse marketing's role in customer behaviour and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Be the go-to person for data and analytics needs around the business

Essential

  • At least 3 years of experience in an analytics role.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Expertise in media and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
  • Skilled in managing external agencies to align objectives and optimise marketing performance
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing principles, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in measurement and evaluation techniques e.g. A/B testing and ROI analysis.

Desirable

  • Experience in an eCommerce start-up environment.
  • Familiarity with customer or multimedia data platforms.
  • Knowledge of media performance metrics, including CPA and ROAS, and incrementality testing.
  • Understanding of attribution methodologies and media mix modelling.
  • Insights into customer analytics and engagement metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Experience managing individuals or a team.

Pay: Up to £46,000.00 per year
Additional pay: Bonus scheme
Work Location: Office Based
Days: Monday - Friday (40 hours)
