Can I get credit for my next adventure instead of a refund?
We do not issue nor can we store credit on our systems. If you wish to cancel or alter your booking, you can discuss this with our bookings team.
How do I apply for a job at Zip World?
You can look for current available jobs on our jobs page or send your CV to info@zipworld.co.uk.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards apart from American Express. We do also accept BACS transfer when paying for adventures through our booking centre. We do not accept cash at any of our sites.
How do I submit my feedback?
We welcome all feedback from our customers. If you wish to express how your felt about your time with us please email info@zipworld.co.uk and we will endeavour to pass on your feedback or resolve any issues you came across.
Can you offer a price match?
We can't offer a price match on any third party site. Bookings directly through Zip World allow for a more secure and flexible booking.
Do you offer Military discount?
We do offer discount of 15% off our adventures only to anyone in the armed forces. The discount is valid on weekdays and excludes holidays such as half term and bank holidays. If you wish to book using your Blue Light discount please phone our bookings team on 01248 601 444. This includes all services under Blue Light such as the emergency services, social care sector, teachers and the armed forces.

We do offer anyone working in the NHS discount of 15% off our adventures only. The discount is valid on weekdays and excludes holidays such as half term and bank holidays. If you wish to book using your discount please phone our bookings team on 01248 601 444.

We do offer Blue Light discount with 15% off our adventures only. The discount is valid on weekdays and excludes holidays such as half term and bank holidays.
