FAQs
Do I still need to pay for parking if I am a Blue Badge holder?
Yes. Blue Badge holders or anyone parking in a labelled disabled space will need to pay the standard parking charges.
What do I do if I visited Zip World and forgot to pay for parking?
If you leave a site and have not paid for parking whilst you were there, you have until the end of that day to pay for the parking. If the end of the day passes without payment on the day you visited, you will receive a fixed penalty notice.
What do I do if I receive a parking fine?
All fixed penalty notices once issued will be handled by Smart Parking. All appeals and disputes should be directed to Smart Parking.
