Can I participate if I am pregnant?
If you are pregnant, for the safety of yourself and your child, you may not participate in any of our adventures. If you have a voucher for a Zip World adventure which expires during your pregnancy term, there is an option to pay a fee to extend the voucher period. If you have already booked an adventure, you can get a refund inclusive of our standard terms and conditions. If you would like to still take part, we can postpone the booking to a later date.
You can take part in our adventures 6 months after giving birth naturally or 12 months after having a caesarean section.
Headscarves, hijabs, and other head coverings
For safety reasons, we ask that scarves, hijabs, and similar head coverings not be wrapped around the neck during our activities. However, we do allow headscarves to be worn in a style that keeps the hair covered, as long as the fabric is not wrapped around the neck. Alternatively, we offer sports hijabs designed for active use. We encourage guests to bring their own sports hijabs if preferred. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you!
What is the availability for booking?

I have not received my booking confirmation
Please check your junk or spam folder as the booking confirmations sometimes go here if it is your first booking with us. If you have not received your confirmation, there may be a spelling mistake in your email address when entered. If this is the case please email info@zipworld.co.uk and they can resend you your confirmation email.
Do you offer a carers' discount?
If you are a carer and you need to assist in helping someone who is participating in the adventure, then we can facilitate you for free. If you wish to participate in the adventure with the person you care for, we offer 15% discount for yourself.

Is my child old enough to take part?
Each of our adventures have both adventure requirements and medical restrictions. Please check out restrictions page to see if you can take part.

Can I receive a refund if I choose to cancel my booking?
You must notify us within 7-days of the booking date if you wish to cancel or you will not be entitled to amend your booking, or receive any refunds for cancellations or seek compensation in any way.
Group bookings (excluding events and themed experiences) of 6-15 Participants may be cancelled or amended after the giving of at least 14 days’ notice of cancellation or reduction of numbers.
Group bookings (excluding events and themed experiences) of 16 or more Participants may be cancelled or amended after the giving of at least 28 days’ notice of cancellation or reduction in numbers.
If you do qualify for a refund, this will be a full refund except for the booking fee and ticket plan if purchased.
Can I get credit for my next adventure instead of a refund?
We do not issue credit instead of a refund. If you wish to alter to cancel your booking, we can refund you but can't store any credit to use another time.
