Terms & Conditions - Tyn-y-Coed

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as, together with your Booking Confirmation, any additional terms referred to on our website or in special offers or promotions, and anything else we agree with you in writing, make up your agreement with us. By making a Booking with us, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. You will also agree to abide by our Site Rules, as defined below, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

We aim to provide Terms & Conditions which are easily understandable. If there is any term that you do not understand, please discuss it with us before booking.

Key Definitions

When the following words are used in these Terms & Conditions, this is what we mean:

“Accommodation”: the accommodation that we are providing to you as set out in the Booking Confirmation;

“Agreement”: the contract between us and you based on (i) these Terms & Conditions; (ii) your Booking Confirmation; (iii) any conditions we refer to on our website; (iv) any additional special offer terms and conditions; and (v) anything else we agree with you in writing;

“Zipworld/we/our/us”: Zipworld Limited, which is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07777872), whose registered office is at Zipworld Basecamp, Denbigh St, Llanrwst, Wales, LL26 0LL;

“Booking”: your Accommodation booking which has been accepted by us in a Booking Confirmation;

“Booking Confirmation”: our written acceptance of your booking;

By booking accommodation online, by phone, email or any other method, you agree to the following conditions which forms a booking contract with Tyn-y-Coed Hotel.

Bookings

The price advertised is per room and includes taxes. Publicised prices are subject to availability and subject to change with no notice. Special offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time by us. However, your price is guaranteed with payment confirmation and receipt.

Your booking will be guaranteed against a credit/debit card and deposit require to be paid by the time given. All credit and debit card information provided by customers is their responsibility and should be correct on time of submission. We cannot be held responsible for any reservation cancelled or rejected due to incorrect or invalid details.

Reservation will deem complete and effectively communicated to you through an email of confirmation, customers are responsible for providing us with correct information, please contact us as soon as possible if you have not received confirmation.

We are unable to prevent you from making multiple room bookings for the same date of travel, at the same property. In the event that this occurs, the Tyn y Coed is not responsible, and no refund will be given.

We accept dogs (up to 10kg) for an additional charge and in accordance with Our Pet Policy. Banned Uk dogs will not be allowed in the Hotel.

Charges

Prices displayed on the website are an indicative for the rate applicable to your stay. Extra items can be added to your room with the relevant charges.

All prices are VAT included

Final payment

Final payment will be taken upon check-in

Cancellation policy
As a small hotel, we believe that it is only fair to others that we make a charge if you cancel at the last minute and don't let us know in advance. It helps us keep the prices down for everyone.

Stays of 7 Nights or more, 25% non-refundable deposit of rate per night required.

The cancellation policy is 11am one day prior to arrival.

Changes to bookings

Changes can be made before the cancellation period ends; this must be done by phoning the hotel, and subject to availability and conditions. If a booking is originally made through a third party, this must be amended through them.

Occasionally, we may have to make a “significant change” including the following changes when made before departure

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 3 pm onwards. Should you wish to arrive a little earlier, you are more than welcome to join us in our hotel bar for a drink or two, alternatively we would be more than happy to store your luggage whilst you go off exploring the local area.

Check-out is 11 am, late checkouts can be requested at a surcharge of £10 per hour depending on availability.
