Since 2022 we have been proudly offering unique and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Snowdonia / Eryri, North Wales, giving guests who venture to the area the chance to stay in the heart of adventure and make a real short stay of their visit. From luxury lodges to a cosy Welsh inn, we have options to suit all budgets and preferences, and each of our Zip World Basecamps are just a stone's throw from our North Wales adventure parks.

Camping Pods

Location: Zip World Conwy, Dolgarrog
Nearby adventure sites: Zip World Conwy (on-site), Zip World Betws-y-Coed (20 minute drive), Zip World Penrhyn Quarry (35 minute drive), Zip World Llechwedd (45 minute drive)

The lastest Basecamp on the Zip World roster, the Zip World Conwy Camping Pods offer everything you'd expect from a camping sleep-over, with the added convenience of power ports, heating and shared bathroom facilities. 

Based right on the doorstep of the Zip World Conwy adventures and with ample free parking, we have over 30 of these Camping Pods, which sleep up to 4 people each and offer the perfect opportunity to reconnect with nature whilst ensuring you stay in the thick of the action!

Each pod comes fully equipped with beds, power ports, lighting, heating and outdoor decking, plus nearby bathroom facilities are available to all guests.

Pick this Basecamp if you want to strip it back to basics whilst staying comfy and cosy. This is also a great option for large group bookings, such as school trips. Don't forget your sleeping bag and pillow!

Forest Lodges

Location: Zip World Betws-y-Coed, Conwy

For a touch of real luxury, pick the Forest Lodges. Conveniently located on the outskirts of the award-winning Zip World Betws-y-Coed site and nestled amongst the historic Welsh woodland, these private lodges sleep up to 5 people (2 adults, 3 children) and come complete with a balcony and hot tub. 

With a kitchen, cosy living space, double bedroom, bunkroom, bathroom and balcony, you can make a real stay of your time at the Forest Lodges, and with luxury amenities such as plush bedding and a hot tub, there's no better way to enjoy the magic of Snowdonia / Eryri than in your own private retreat.

Tyn-y-Coed

Location: Capel Curig, Conwy county

Our lovely traditional Welsh inn, Tyn-y-Coed, is conveniently located in the stunning village of Capel Curig, just 15 minutes from our Zip World Penrhyn Quarry and Zip World Betws-y-Coed sites. With an unrivalled view of the Moel Siabod mountain and plenty of free parking, this little inn boasts 15 en-suite rooms, along with a traditional pub and restaurant on the ground floor which is well-known in the area for its delicious, hearty Welsh menu.

The Tyn-y-Coed's welcoming atmosphere is loved by locals and visitors alike, and you will find plenty of nearby hiking and walking trails to keep you occupied whilst you're not adventuring at Zip World.
